1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product should not be damaged, altered, or tampered with.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and healthcare products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items purchased during special offers or clearance sales (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
